Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new users get a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan, giving you access to all premium features. No credit card required to start your trial.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You'll keep access to premium features until your current period ends

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Free Plan: If you reach the 500 highlight limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade or delete some highlights. New highlights won't sync until you're under the limit.

Pro and Team Plans: These have no highlight limits, so you won't encounter restrictions.

  • After 7 days, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved
  • No data is lost during suspension

Can I get invoices for my subscription?

Yes, invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email address for each billing cycle. You can also download invoices from your account settings.
