Screvi Prices Are Going Up on June 7
Screvi's prices are going up on Sunday, June 7.
If you're already subscribed, nothing changes. You keep your current rate for as long as you stay subscribed.
This only affects new sign-ups. So if you've been meaning to upgrade, you can lock in today's price before June 7 on the pricing page.
What's changing
| Plan | Until June 7 | From June 7 |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $4.99/month | $6.99/month |
| Yearly | $49.99/year | $59.99/year ($5/month) |
| Lifetime | €199 | €299 |
Why now
Screvi does a lot more than it did at launch: podcasts, EPUB reading, an article reader, AI semantic search, Obsidian sync, mobile widgets, translations into three languages. The subscription prices have stayed the same the whole time.
This change brings the price in line with what the product has become, and keeps Screvi sustainable for the long run.
About the lifetime plan
I offered Lifetime early on because I knew many of you would rather pay once than deal with yet another subscription.
I've considered ending it several times, since recurring subscriptions are what sustain Screvi long term. But it's become the most popular plan.
So instead of retiring it, I'm keeping it at a price that better reflects its value: from June 7, Lifetime goes from €199 to €299.
If you already own it, nothing changes. If you've been considering it, this is your last week at €199.
The short version
- Existing subscribers: nothing changes, ever, as long as you stay subscribed.
- New sign-ups from June 7: $6.99/month, $59.99/year, or €299 lifetime.
- Until June 7: current prices still apply. Lock yours in here.
