10. Account Creation

11. Subscriptions via Apple App Store

Screvi offers subscription plans through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions, and all billing will be handled through your Apple account. Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screvi and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
