How It Works

Screvi gives you a unique email address that you can use to subscribe to newsletters. When a newsletter arrives, it's automatically saved as an article in your Screvi library — ready to read, highlight, and search.

Setup

1. Go to Articles > Import or Settings in the web app
2. Find your unique Screvi email address (format: save+u_xxxxx@in.screvi.com)
3. Copy this email address
4. Subscribe to your favorite newsletters using this email

That's it. New newsletters will appear in your Articles inbox automatically.

What Happens to Newsletters

• HTML is cleaned up — tracking pixels, unsubscribe buttons, and social media icons are removed
• The newsletter name and sender are detected automatically
• A lead image is extracted when available
• The full content is saved and searchable

Reading Newsletters

Newsletters appear in your Articles tab just like any saved article. You can:

• Read them in Screvi's distraction-free reader
• Highlight important passages
• Add notes and tags
• Search across all your newsletters with AI semantic search

Tips

• Use your Screvi email for newsletters only — it's not a general inbox
• Keep your regular email clean by forwarding newsletters to Screvi instead
• Requires an active Screvi subscription
